In Christ we are....
1) Dead to sin (Romans 6:2,5-11,22)
2) Dead to the world (Colossians 3:3)
3) Raised up together with Christ and seated with Him (Ephesians 1:17-21 Ephesians 2:6-7)
4) Delivered from the power of darkness (Colossians 1:13)
5) Reconciled to Him (Colossians 1:21-22)
6) Forgiven all of our sins (Colossians 1:14)
7) A member of his family ((Ephesians 2:19)
8) Placed into His Kingdom (Colossians 1:13)
Pretty EXCITING, don't you think?
All of these things are the true inheritance of those who have TRUSTED in Jesus Christ alone for their salvation--and are ours in reality!
